1. The promoter is Ulster Bank Ireland Limited, George’s Quay, Dublin 2 (“Ulster Bank”).
2. Each person who completes the online prize draw form at rugby.ulsterbank.com will be entered into a draw from which two winners will each win tickets for 2 people to see an RBS 6 Nations match. The winners will each receive 2 tickets to either the Ireland versus Wales or Ireland versus Scotland matches in Croke Park on Saturday 13th March 2010 and 20th March 2010, respectively. Accommodation is included with both prizes. There will also be 5 runners-up prizes of a wheeled kit bag; packed with rugby balls, travel mugs and fleeces (mix of medium & large). This prize is as stated and no alternative prize will be offered.
3. No application for any Ulster Bank product or service is necessary for entry. Entries must be received no later than 17.00 on the 10th of March 2010.
4. No responsibility will be accepted for entries which are not received by Ulster Bank for any reason whatsoever. Entries which are not submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions and entries which are delayed, damaged, incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of entry.
5. No employees of Ulster Bank or other companies within The Royal Bank of Scotland Group (or their associated marketing agencies), their spouses, partners or children are eligible to enter the draw.
6. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and resident in the Republic of Ireland.
7. Only one entry per person is permitted.
8. 'The draw will take place at Ulster Bank, George’s Quay, Dublin 2 at 9.00 am Thursday the 11th of March 2010. The winner will be randomly selected from the entries by an independent judge and will be notified by e-mail within 36 hours. The winner must be available to travel on the dates specified.
9. The winner’s name and county will be available from Ulster Bank Anytime, Direct Loans, PO Box 5706, FREEPOST, Dublin 2, fourteen days after the draw by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to the above address.
10. The decision of the independent judge shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Entrants agree to Ulster Bank using the winner’s name and address in post-event publicity.
12. The promoter shall not be responsible for any matter arising out of or resulting from the enjoyment of the prize.
13. If the prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner the promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.
14. The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the prize draw without prior notice.
15. All entry instructions for the draw are deemed to form part of these terms and conditions.
